Due to the over abusive exhaustion from the earth resource, it has potentially created lots environmental threaten and crisis. World Commission on Environmental and Development, WECD from United Nation has placed an emphasis on the environmental recycling concept of “Sustainable development”, also wish everyone could be more treasured and effectively utilize the resource we have on the earth. The purpose of the current research is to study about environmental directive and the corporation green management. Extracting from the documental literature to well blueprint the assessment framework and also analyzing the assessment of the vagueness level among the elemental importance. The current analysis step has utilized the triangular fuzzy number, group integration, fuzzy ranking and the level thread to find out the powerful of each success key point in combination to the result. The research result as the following: 1. Level of green supply chain” assessment level is most attention according to “green procurement”. 2. Level of “green design” assessment level is most attention according to “material recycling”. 3. Level of green marketing” assessment level is most attention according to “establish the whole member of green conception”. 4. In the measure comparison of multiply combination between the level of assessment and the level of the factor, according to the factor assessment level: The factor assessment of green supply chain level and the green procurement have the highest multiply combination, follow by green process, and the supplier management to the last. Therefore, while we are decided to utilize the certain environmental condition, we should be cautious about the environmental shift, should return the favor when gaining profits from it. The best way to make a contribution is to protect our environment, aware the importance of the garbage reduction, reduce the usage of electricity, reduce CO2 emissions et cetera; truly enforcing the concept of environmental preservation. Corporation group, enterprise should make an initiation to preserve our environment.
