In order to strengthen the maintenance of public order, the police authorities in charge of the business will be set up for various projects, to facilitate the work of the implementation and maintenance of law and order. Police authorities in addition to the pursuit of a good performance, but also pay attention to the demand for police officers within the organization, such as providing the working environment, advancement opportunities, benefits and salary levels, to ascertain whether there are other factors that may affect the satisfaction of work police officers, and even affect the performance of the work. Therefore, this study is to look forward to find ways of increasing police officers job satisfaction factors in order to effectively motivate the morale of police personnel and to improve project performance in order to provide police authorities when the decision-making levels in the planning of the project reference. Subject of this study is to explore the effect of job satisfaction on the policing project performance. The results showed as followed: 1.The project team members’ job satisfaction and performance of the project have a significant positive impact, that is, within the project team members, the job satisfaction higher; its project performance will be higher. 2.The different project types in the overall job satisfaction and project time performance, showed a significant difference. 3.Technical methods used in different projects on the overall performance of the project showed a significant difference. 4.The completion time of different project in intrinsic job satisfaction have a significant difference.
