Therefore, in this study, through the interviews with the industry and experts, will discuss the investment opportunity、the position and the type of the real estate in Taipei city. Compile the articles written by celebrity related to real estate to provide information to real estate in Taipei area investor.
Investment suggestion from interviewees: 1. investment opportunities: ease cross-strait situation、short-term effect of Taipei ECFA、long-term look at Taipei''s housing prices are not readily lower、Crisis intervention、positive government policies、the public construction and land development plan、 low mortgage rates and Taipei will be high-income area with M society, it should be admitted as soon as possible. 2. Investment Location: the house prices in Center location of Taipei City will be the main, followed by MRT along. Vacancy rates will affect the surrounding house investment. 3. Investment type: best type of distribution is average, urban renewal、 factories, stores and followed by every other suites apartment, high interest rate and value of the subject of buy low and put long；With the articles written by Celebrity in real estate investment may mostly focus on the scope of the Taipei area, most of the views are similar to the views of interviewees, but there are some views still little mentioned by the current interviewees.
Highly cost of real estate investment, so investors should also make reference to successful experiences, to understand the market in a timely manner of information, reduce risk, and to increase investment earnings.
