Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 保險學系保險經營碩士在職專班 === 98 === This research divides into introduction, literature, research methodology, results and comparative analysis, conclusions and recommendations of five chapters. Study aims to understand the CFP® in personal financial planning market conditions and the origin of life insurance CFP® development situation. Limitations of the study is that in April 2010 in Taiwan qualified CFP® are only 805, while the life insurance distribution industry, the proportion of CFP® is not high, it can’t provide fully information of CFP®''s marketing strategy in Taiwan. Five representative of CFP® are included in the case study. The number of sample makes the results will be limited. This study draws the following conclusions: 1.CFP® certification is professional and international, but difficult to obtain; 2. The staff of Life insurance companies have the advantage to be qualified CFP®; 3. More frequent cross-strait interaction, more optimistic the future of CFP® is; 4. The concept of finance should be promoted continually. According to this study, provide three suggestions to life insurance practitioners: 1. Young Life employees should put most of the effort on their own business; 2. To understand their own orientation; 3. Must continually learn. On the CFP® offers four suggestions: 1. Do not rush to apply their knowledge; 2. Establish professional team; 3. Have good skill about business development; 4. Integrity is the foundation of financial management market. On the Financial Planning Association of Taiwan to provide three suggestions: 1. Regularity activities to form the platform of CFP® members; 2. Establish and update information of CFP® ; 3. Promote the value of CFP® .
