Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 生命科學研究所碩士班 === 98 === 3,3''-Diindolylmethane (DIM) has been reported to exhibit anti-tumor activities. Here I had examined the anti-proliferating effects of 3,3''-diindolylmethane on different HER2 and p53 protein levels of ovarian cancer cell lines. This study found that 3,3''-diindolylmethane inhibit ovarian cancer cells growth may via cycle arrest. Inhibition of MDAH-2774, SKOV-3 and TOV-21G ovarian cells proliferation by DIM depends on changes in Cyclin dependent kinases inhibitors (p21, and/or p27). In summary, these findings suggest that DIM may be a potential chemopreventive and therapeutic agent for ovarian cancer.
