The case of simulation is of a certain government office building at north Taiwan, with three floors as the basement and 17 floors on the ground. Two different operation flow processes are employed to conduct discussion, and the results show that two different operation flows can, through calculation of computerized simulation, find out the reasonable energy-saving efficiency for the simulation of system improvement. When method 1 is used to measurement and verification option D, it will first collect information needed for input into simulation software. When information is analyzed, results before improvement are input, and it can be conducted of correlation and calibration with actual power consumption after improvement so that Base Line Model can be furnished. Afterward, the equipment and function curve after improvement will be shifted into model, and simulation results with utility conditions after improvement and before equipment improvement can be reached. At the end, simulation results and power expenses bill after improvement are compared to find out the actual energy-saving amount.
