The management of TV program production is becoming increasingly exhausted in the production environment. Mainly due to the non-professional management team lack the concept of strategic information and performance management, so easy to make a wrong decision and operational management of crisis. This thesis through literature review and expert interviews with the questionnaire to analysis and discussion the strategy of TV programs, relationship between strategic objectives and key performance indicators, and then export a key process of television production, to construct a performance management of the television production. Finally, Adopt the case study as the validation of our study. Illustrate the balanced scorecard performance indicators and the analysis of key processes that include Improvement of TV process production, project schedule and cost performance management and integrate the use of earned value management based action.
