The researcher held interviews with faculty, guest lecturers, and students. The conclusions of this study serve as references for education organizations to develop policies for technological -vocational education. Conducted by literature reviews and interviews, this research includes interviews with faculty, guest lecturers, and students in the case school which introduced guest lectures to the second-semester curriculum in the academic year 2008. Ten interviewers consist of three four-year-program undergraduates, two MA students, three full-time teachers from three colleges with elaborate guest lecture plan, and two guest lecturers from two colleges with most practice of guest lectures in the case technology university. The analysis based on the interviews indicates four major findings: 1. The guest lecture policy is successful in the case school. 2. The teaching effectiveness of guest lecturers is dynamic in the case school and satisfies both faculty and students. 3. No administration barriers are encountered when carrying out the gust lectures in the case school. 4. The implementation policies of guest lectures in the case school function as references to other technological -vocational schools Conclusions and suggestions reached in regard to the interview analysis provide perspectives for administration departments, the faculty, education organizations, and successive researchers. The Ministry of Education has subsidized guest lectures in technical-vocational schools since July 1, 2010; technological -vocational schools has implemented guest lectures ever since. The teaching effectiveness of guest lecturers has been widely recognized by diverse fields. The course of guest lecture in the case school is denotive to other education institutes.
