Meanwhile. To achieve the research purpose, the Questionnaire Survey Method was conducted based on literature review. The sampling were 73 kindergartens, 502 questionnaires were distributed, 382 questionnaire were retrieved which accounted for 72.7%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation were used for analysis. The important findings of this study were as follows: 1. Overall ,the job stress of kindergarten’s teacher in Taichung perceived significantly approaching medium level. 2. The job stress of kindergarten’s teacher in Taichung are affected by age, educational background, teaching experiences, with or without a qualified teaching certificate, school property, but not affected by whether part-time administrative positions 3. Overall ,the professional advancement needs of kindergarten’s teacher in Taichung performed higher than medium level. 4. The professional advancement needs level of kindergarten’s teacher in Taichung were affected by difference teaching classes,not by age, educational background, teaching experiences, whether part-time administrative positions, with or without a certificate of qualified teachers, school properties. Finally, based on the conclusion, nine suggestions were provided as the reference for kindergarten, kindergarten teachers, and education administrationsandare future researches. 劉曉芬 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 173 zh-TW
