Summary:博士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電科技研究所 === 98 === Three issues are observed in this study, they are lack of method for transforming existing design into modular product architecture, unclear project template management criteria and inefficient project task or deliverable reuse. In order to solve such problems, this study provides three innovative analysis and design methodology, named Generic Modularized Product Architecture, Automatic Project Generation and Intuitive Reusability Operation. The three methodologies adopt modularity, generic product architecture and classification techniques. To validate these methodologies, this study also applies these methodologies to three cases to verify the practicability. As the result of implementing these methodologies on PLM system, three issues this study observed can be improved by these three methodologies.
