Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 98 === This study aims to develop a less reflective of electromagnetic pneumatic actuator which is often used in the anechoic chamber. A pneumatic actuator on the market is used to make of metallic, it is not appropriate for use in the chamber. The reason is that those metallic have high dielectric constant which easily generates reflective electromagnetic waves to influence test parameters in the chamber. The pneumatic actuator development is made from low dielectric constant plastics with less reflective of electromagnetic. It is very suitable for use in the chamber. Use the turbine-type air motor design was appealed to develop the pneumatic actuator and employ Prony tester to execute the brake horsepower test for the test of pneumatic actuator performance. The results indicate that the pneumatic actuator in the minimal starting flow is 17 l/min, it would generate 92 rpm and brake horsepower of 48 mW; in the maximum flow is 26 l/min, it would generate 206 rpm and brake horsepower of 108 mW. Therefore, it works at the torque between 0.24 N-m and 0.585 N-m and, such torque would be sufficient to drive the target button.
