At first, electromagnetic actuator could be represented as subsystems in electrical, magnetic and mechanical domains by numerical method, and then the program developed in MATLAB environment. Moreover, in older to improve accuracy of model, Taguchi Method was applied to optimize the parameters of the model. Building actuator model by finite element software ANSYS, then analyzed the density of flux and magnetic fluid after structure was redesigned. Finally, in order to improve the speed of actuator, a scheme was proposed, and validated by comparing measured data and simulation result. According to the simulation result, the speed could be optimized over 100%.
