Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電機工程系所 === 98 === The main objective of this paper is to investigate the prons and cons of sensing methods for fully digital-controlled phase-shift full-bridge converter to reduce standby power. The current sensing methods for standby power reduction are developed using transformer, output inductor and output ORing FET. In this paper, a Texas Instruments digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 is used to control the power converter. The details of specifications are as follows: input DC voltage 400 V, output voltage 12 V, maximum output current 30 A, maximum power 360W and switching frequency 100 kHz. The Experimental results show that using ORing FET for current sensing method can clearly identify whether the phase-shift full-bridge converter is under standby mode.
