Study the urban wind flow from large scale to small-scale (Microclimate scale) investigate the urban basic flow field like boundary conditions, street blocks arrangement and building style flow phenomena. Study through the variable scale investigations urban, architecture and environmental planning and design. Prevent urbanization impact on the environment. From many factor like urban development pattern , human activity and meteorological lead to deterioration of urban environment. Suspended particles(PM10)have already become air pollution index of urban air quality and it is also dangerous pollutant for human health. The air pollution was not easy to Spread. To know about urban wind field and concentration field we change building structure and statutory vacant land、green land to add to venturi effect and channel effect. In the summer monsoon effect, it can took away air pollution accelerate and improve urban environmental. The research using software called Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to study industrial areas air pollutants emission. The key technology gained from this project will be a much more powerful tool for air pollutants emission and diffusion prevention. It can be further applied to any other air pollutants in various industrial areas for urban planning investigation procedure. In future use the urban planning and urban design to control urban wind filed,reduce the environmental impact in order to improve the quality of urban environment and the realization of sustainable urban development. The results of study show: 1. In the summer southwest monsoon, change of street blocks and building structures shape, speed up the venturi effect and channel effect 2. Urban open space and green space configuration can add the venturi effect and channel effect in street block . 3.
