Those graffiti artists or writers who glowed up in a peaceful environment without violence and were educated in arts, some of them became artists, and the others bomb for disadvantaged minorities. Following the social changes and being effected by commercial economic, street culture has a great effect upon the life concept of the young in Taiwan, and this kind of street culture was so called “Sub-culture”, however, graffiti in Taiwan is totally different from graffiti in other countries in many ways such as the developments、the reasons of starting and the environmental background etc., therefore we couldn’t always deal it with the experience from abroad. Taiwan Graffiti causes the big discussion on conflicts between the environment behaviors of graffiti in legal and illegal spots. The research tried to study current graffiti developments in Taiwan by analyzing the investigations and taking pictures of many kinds of graffiti and the space it existed abroad. Besides, the research will also study the possibility and opportunity of graffiti in culture creativity industry. By interviewing the experts of graffiti culture to find out the topics for discussion and come out the solutions for the further developments. Most of all is to be as reference for the government’s policies relative to graffiti .
