This system provides a better and reasonable control system by designing the one with characteristics of double input and double output according to the relationship between rain intensity and vehicle speed. This study uses the control the Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) as the core of the main system. It uses the existing rain sensor to obtain the surrounding condition of the vehicle and to work with the LabVIEW interface and hardware to activate the wiper motor. So the motor can have continuously variable speed function and intermittence function. The experimental results show that the control strategy method may be applied to vehicles under various driving conditions.
