The use of campus classroom has the feature of regularity. When we link fixed class schedules with Network database and match up with the available campus Network, and then we are able to use Gateway in ZigBee to connect the database and all the classroom ZigBee nodes. By using Network database and ZigBee to control classroom lighting and air conditioning, under the circumstances that it don’t change student’s response to thermal comfort, we can optimize the load control for the separable air-conditioning. In this way ,we can avoid the consumption of electricity at school will not exceed the contract capacity on Power rate and thus save on electricity bill and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide。The utilization of ZigBee Network to monitor the use of campus classroom lighting and air conditioning also enable the management personnel’s to remote control the classroom lighting and air conditioning.
