In this situation, the establishment of the supply chain partnership among enterprises and the coordination of the partners are important. Despite the increased attention paid to SCM and the expectations from it, literature does not offer much evidence of successful implementations and operations. As these projects have high failure rate which often associated with high cost, this research focus on define and evaluate key success factors (KSFs) for supply chain integration during system operation phase. This research adopts focus group to obtain valuable practical experience from industrial experts. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method was proposed to analyze the relative weighting of the KSFs. Through the analysis, this research may provide valuable references for future project executives and academics in related research fields in order to improve the high failure rate.
