Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 98 === The Multi-Section Failure Mode Analysis and Repair System is based on the features of the Flexible Manufacturing System which can be applied to the inspection process and maintenance process of the TFT-LCD plant to defect for deficiencies and inspect the defective panels. The study integrates Agent technology to enhance the effectiveness of maintenance and assembly processes in the system according to the reason of its defectiveness.
The Agent technology has 3 characteristics: Autonomous, reactive, and social. It reacts to the appropriate and comparative responses to the changes in the external environment. Moreover related information and data can interact between the agents to better the system. The study incorporated the Agent technology into Failure Mode Analysis and Repair System to strengthen system performance and increase the utility and panel outputs.
Using Game Theory concept as a negotiation mechanism between agents, the study proposes the RGV agent in the Failure Mode Analysis and Repair System as a player and its service decision orders is based on its the strategy set. According to suggestions and forecasts from Game Theory, the design interactions between Agent’s decision and strategy set are studied to provide an optimal strategy. The result shows that using Game Theory as a basic structure of the Multi-Section Failure Mode Analysis and Repair System can better enhance the system’s efficiency. In order to obtain better performance, the study discusses future applications of Game Theory in Multi-Agent System.
