Effectively raise enterprise''s whole competitiveness and profit. The vendor and the buyer must cooperate to develop appropriate strategies to optimize the total cost. This research is to develop the under controllable lead time in a supplier-led Stackelberg model and the vendor and the buyer together decided the number of deliveries, the deliveries quantity and the lead time model. Final, propose a satisfaction based on asymmetric Nash negotiation model, investigate transport and crashing of the cost-sharing and analysis of these two cost-sharing and the relationship between the total cost, use of bargaining power and satisfaction to develop the relationship between the proportion of vendor and buyer the best cost-sharing.
