The results only oleic acid and oleic acid synthesized [CH3-(CH2)7-CH=CH-(CH2)7-COO]3Y surfactant. Different percentage of surfaceant into polymer (Polyporopylene,Nylon) and mineral (Mica) or 200~300nm Titania that they are blending.We can obtain Polyporopylene and 0.3~1.5% mica/[CH3-(CH2)7-CH=CH-(CH2)7-COO]3Y dispersant and Nylon and 0.3~1.5% TiO2/[CH3-(CH2)7-CH=CH-(CH2)7-COO]3Y dispersant.After that,they are injection molding. And thermal conductivity measurements and SEM observation to TiO2 in Nylon and the dispersion of mica in the PP case.When we under appropriate conditions.The measured thermal conductivity of the blending materials.
