In this study, 13 cases were studied, they were visiting, extension workers and operators in order to dialogue as a means to collect data interview method. The studies were as follows: When visiting personnel: visiting those multiple marketing channels through the soil and water conservation that the message of the classroom, and can agree with the vision of the establishment of soil and water conservation classroom. Dynamics of activities for the public is more willing to participate in activities, while the deeper roots can play the greatest effect. Soil and Water Conservation staff look forward to visiting classrooms to introduce new, and make the best maintenance facilities in the park to expand in order to enhance people's willingness to visit. In the promotion of personnel: the contractor business, the longer nature of their duties is a more full-time, so that extension agents to better focus on their work. They also think we should make good use of government resources and funding, proper maintenance of water and soil conservation facilities in the classroom, effective classroom education, water and soil conservation function of propaganda in order to attract the public to visit. In the operator: the operator who would like to soil and water conservation can play an educational role the classroom, so that people understand the importance of soil and water conservation; also hope that the Government can give more guidance to companies, to build more facilities in the region, so that more and more perfect functions. Finally, according to recommendations of the findings the following recommendations: The recommendations of the relevant units of government: to encourage county and municipal self-financing, business contractors should be full-time system, should cooperate with educational institutions, ideas take root downward, and the farmers and management reached a consensus on cooperation, and to develop human resources. Extension agents and operators of the proposal: to encourage local residents can also take part in and to be empathetic to support soil and water conservation concept of education.
