Through a well-developed library, library users can utilize and access the authorized information without the limit of time and space. The framework of this research is based on Technology Acceptance Model and IS Success Model to develop an integrated model. We are trying to explore the potential influences on e-resource system usage, user satisfaction and performance. Three constructs: External Variables, Behavioral Belief, Performance are included in the empirical study. A total of 500 questionnaires were mailed to those who use portals e-resource in public library and finally we got 255 questionnaires back to prove the hypotheses. The external influential factors of the behavioral intentions such as the expecting roles and functions of library, self-efficacy, information retrieval preferences, the social impact, facilitating conditions, information quality are taking to test the potential influence. Subsequently, the users feel satisfied with the system, and perceived positive benefit to information seeking and. problem being solved The research result shows there is a positive relationship between the external influential factors toward perceived usefulness / perceived ease of use. But, the variables of the population statistics to user satisfaction and behavioral intentions vary with the educational background, past web experience. We obtain some results as follows:1. Facilitating conditions and self-efficacy both have significantly positive effect to perceived ease of use. 2. The expecting roles and functions of library, self-efficacy, information retrieval preferences, the social impact, information quality have significantly positive effect to perceived usefulness. 3. Perceived ease of use have significantly positive effect to perceived usefulness.4. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significantly positive effect to the behavior intention. 5. User’ satisfaction is the first critical factor, significantly affect users' intention to use e-resource system of public library. Finally, there are some suggestions proposed in this research -- enhance the using intentions of the e-resource system, the education program should be strengthened for increase users’ information literacy. The benefit of the system should be understood.
