Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 98 === Face the pressure of global competition, If Taiwan's industry want to promote their competitive edge, to depend on the entire network system, which is exquisite division of labors and cooperation, and use its network of division of labors, cooperation synergy, to achieve high quality good, low cost, eliminate waste, fast delivery and to upgrade of production technology etc, and form a stable industrial networks, the main purpose is to industrial roots in Taiwan, to maintain Taiwan's competitiveness. This study select mode of TPS operation of the bicycle industry and machine tool industry as the research sample, the study have two networks, and use questionnaires issued, the purpose of this study is the network firms have resources of different economic levels how to impact the firms in the network behavior .In the economic factors include "core resources, organizational slack," and the network strategy is "connect depth , participate scope, relationship continuity, the levels of coordination" to explore the dimensions of firms’ behavior within the network, we analysis to find how the different social network structures affect network strategy which the firms would take. According to the result of this study, firms have more core resources they take active network strategies; and about firms have organizational slack they take active network strategy. In addition, how the different level of the social network structures affect the network behavior the firms take, We find the moderating effect of the social network structure.
