To be the first mover and solve the problem of material, process and equipment of flexible display quickly, collaborative R&D becomes the popular way in the industry. In this paper, we will use patent analysis as an objective method to create a model which can be used in collaborative R&D operation as a partner selection method. Based on the expertise of the display manufacturers, we will first separate the company patents (which are related to OLED display) into three parts: material, process and equipment. Then we will base the literature to create the patent intensity factor and follow the concept of technology life cycle to calculate patent value depreciation of each year. In the end, we use these two factors to adjust the OLED technique value of R&D partner. Thus we can get the objective value of our partner’s technique in three parts. The company who is looking for a collaborative R&D operation should depend on their demands to give each part a different weight, then summarize the value of each part and use these values to select R&D partner. 胡次熙 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW |
