High-tech and high level of talent are two factors that provide national productivity continued to grow and promote high productivity potential」. As a result, human resources in science and technology are not only key points of developing national knowledge-based economy, but also required conditions of permanent industry development and sustainable national competitiveness(Aryee,1993). The purpose of this study is to examine whether personality of human resources in science and technology affect the relationship between organizational characteristics and perceived organizational support of human resources in science and technology, and it can provide us a broader view about the factors that affect perceived organizational support of human resources in science and technology. Besides, this study probes into consequence of perceived organizational support of human resources in science and technology. After a survey directed at human resources in science and technology, results are as the following:(1) Organizational characteristics increase perceived organizational support of human resources in science and technology;(2) Internal/external locus of control personality would affect the relationship between organizational characteristics and perceived organizational support of human resources in science and technology;(3) Perceived organizational support increase job attitude of human resources in science and technology;(4) Perceived organizational support increase job performance of human resources in science and technology.
