Roll-to-roll process and printing by polymer materials in plastic substrate are playing the important roles of flexible displays.
In this research, a prototype warning system was indentified, using FMECA to analysis process quality problems to find the key failure factors, and use SPC concept to control the key factors. Building the warning system for flexible display manufacturing process, proposing the control rules and with corresponding treatment measures for users to resolve anomalies. This research will help the flexible display industries proceed with a good plan of quality control in accordance with finding the key failure factors and control its, build a stable production environment.
To verify the warning system are viability and integrity, using prototyping technique to find the system demand. Base on the warning system framework, building a prototype system and real work to verify the system are viability and integrity.
