Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系 === 98 === This study examined the rapid changes in the economic environment, resulting in changes in corporate business model, the formation of network-based supply chain structures, for from the OEM / ODM to OBM the transition impact of traders, and in-depth understanding the difference between network-based supply chain structure of trade business model and non-network-based supply chain structure of the trade business model.
In this study, four traders are chosed, two of them are triangular traders with network-based supply chain structure, and one is triangular trader with non-network-based supply chain structure, and one is general international trade with network-based supply chain structure.The results show that traders from the supply chain structure of business model, a total of seven key factors, namely 1. Information flow, 2. Transportation costs, 3. Delivery and inventory, 4. Transportation risk, 5. Finance, 6. Product quality, 7. Supply control.Further understanding of the various elements on the trading practices and measures found in the supply chain of a different structure, in the "Information flow" " Transportation costs", " Delivery and inventory " will have differences; while different trade processes whatever the supply chain structure, in the " Transportation risk", " Finance ", " Product quality ", "Supply control" broadly. In addition, this study found that, from different types of businesses, traders in the " Information flow "," Delivery and inventory"," Finance", " Product quality " and " Supply control" will be difference.
