The company has to manipulate all its resources to create the maximize performance. And it should include the human resources. HR polices should be coordinate with enterprise strategies. Training program as a portion of human resources polices. The training program should connect with entire strategies to improve organization competency. This research takes “Strategy Map” of Kaplan & Norton as the research framework. To makes a case study of planning a training program about Kitchen Systems Furniture Division of T Company. The research is trying to find the linkage between training program and the other three strategic perspectives ~ financial、customer and internal business processes. The research found the results as following: 1.Strategy Maps let Kitchen Systems Furniture Division of T Company to confirm the strategic job families. To make sure the training planning focusing on strategic job families. 2.The training program of the division connects to the financial and customer strategies via internal business processes. 3.The competency profiles lead a systemic training program in T company. 4.T company figure out the competency gap of staffs that belong to strategic job families. Planning the appropriate training program to enhance staffs’ competency.
