Its strategy has accomplished today's Samsung, LG ,HYUNDAI and other international enterprises. But Taiwan infuses the economic vitality because of many small and medium-sized enterprises, slowly develop and gather together as the technical group to enter the international scene. In the case of TFT-LCD industry which develops from 1976 in the United States of America and Japan. Now most of the interrelated companies concentrate in the Asian area. The process of the industry can exactly prove the network evolution model. The study verifies the models in the researches of Koka et al.(2006)and劉柏余(2009) by analyzing the case of TFT-LCD industry in Taiwan (AUO and CMO). How they enhance their competitive advantage(resourced based & transaction cost)by taking integration strategies with embarking joint ventures, purchasing venders and aligning other companies. The research collecting information about the history of TFT-LCD industry in Taiwan for related industries to consult when they face to the changing in the network.
