Research used a qualitative study in-depth interview to Megiddo operator of cultural and educational groups, teachers and parents of 7 children-depth interviews, empirical strategies to enhance industrial competitiveness preschool, kindergarten operators to provide information. Preschool institutions, because they own financial resources, scale and concept ideas so different, showing a competitive advantage by also different, showing a different operating style; preschool operators, the process will be on early childhood education ideas, practices and values give concrete expression, and generate a positive social interaction norms. Positive results from the construction of early childhood education to enhance industrial competitiveness strategy has five elements: 1. A clear target market and positioning strategy; 2. Sufficient, high quality teachers and human strategies; 3. Rich strategy game learning activities; 4. Service life strategy ; 5. with the evaluation strategy for success. The five elements of early childhood education business "flywheel strategy", which started operating the preschool when the park would be more difficult, but when the park by the success of the market positioning and promoting the wheels from the first lap, this often is the most difficult part, but then the operation of the park have a "flywheel effect", that agency on track, the smooth functioning of institutionalization of natural, sustainable garden that can.Finally, we recommend early childhood institutions should establish a long-term strategic plan, and to child care center, attention to service quality, and individual differences to meet the needs of young children, make children happy to learn in the game; is also proposed Government timely adjustments based on market-related policies and regulations to meet the actual demand for preschool operations.
