Different involvement of volunteers have different motivations, If the motivation of volunteers can be revealed, volunteers we can be inspired and encouraged to do their services. The researcher adopted the semi-structural depth interview, participation observation, and continuous motivations of Taichung County Tun District Community College volunteers. Some factors were found about volunteers motivation. They are contribute to the community, develop relationships, and use of leisure time to acquire new knowledge. If volunteers can be have happy feeling , personal time to meet the needs, a sense of achievement and implement of Community College idea , they will be the main factors for continued participation of volunteers.
