In 2009 the scale of the E-Commerce market already more than NT$3 thousand billion, while the Chinese E-Commerce trade total amount in 2006 will more than USD 1.5 trillion. The past documents discusses that mainly put great emphasis on clubs approbation, clubs loyalty, clubs characteristic, and clubs value etc., the rare and related literature inquires into the subject of cultural difference. This research contains two research purposes: 1. Views of the community to discuss cross-strait trade transactions of the operating elements of social networking site. 2. Inquire into the cultural difference of cross-straits management in the website of the bargain clubs. This research, object for Taiwan Yahoo and China Tao treasure net, aim at the data collection of the reputation evaluation to two individual cases websites, totally collect 5,817 reputation evaluations, through delete invalid and repeated activity, overage 3,242 documents. Analysis result summarized 13 operating main factors, there are five important elements of business are image in the store approve、 the approbation、and merchandise transport etc. Further analysis cultural differences are the following conclusions. 1.Taiwan website for make sure problem occurrence can't tolerant; Mainland website can partially bear with uncertain reason. 2. Mainland website may have potential problems in regard to customization consumer protection. 3.Taiwan website chase after texture and long-term cooperation; The mainland claims quality and price to pursue.4.Mainland website presents greater power distance and has bigger negotiation power to the consumer. Finally the research puts forth some suggestion:1.To Taiwan website:(1)Suggest the establishment immediately online trades information;(2)Increase more flexible lay out ;(3)Provide a platform to communicate with consumers. 2.To mainland website:(1)The consumer-oriented:(2) Can match price promotion and present;(3)Assured that business accomplish guarantee matters.
