The main purpose of this study was: To support staff to use the case of RFID warehouse management system; explore the impact of support staff to use RFID warehouse management system factors; to technology acceptance model of support staff for RFID warehouse management system, external factors are internal factors degree. In this study, the questionnaire a total of 200 questionnaires were issued, with 166 valid questionnaires were returned 83% effective rate. From the study results, the external variables in three dimensions, the internal belief in two dimensions and use of attitude and behavior intention to use correlated significantly and reached for the positive relationship, showing when the external variables has improved the time, internal beliefs, attitudes and use of behavioral intention to use will follow has improved; promote the use of internal beliefs and attitudes will also follow the use of behavior has improved.
