碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 生物資訊學系碩士在職專班 === 98 === Science Fair is an important activity in the field of science education all over the national primary and junor-high schools. A large number of people participate in it. The Fair roots far-reaching effects on science education of our country. Biotechnology is the most potential technology in the twenty-first century whereas biology is its key foundation. The questions of biology in the previous Science Fair studied are worth our attention. This study, using the works of the previous participants of "National School Science Fair from National Taiwan Science Education Center ", analyzes the item types and trends in biology first. Then differences are sorted out. Finally, a database website is built for researcher inquiries. The results show that previous works in biology can be divided into animals, plants, fungi, and protists. A trend shows that the number of studies in various species decreases from year to year. Also, the number of works in different species has significant gaps. The database was built by PHP and MySQL and can be accessed from a typical personal computer; thus facilitate easy inquiries of researchers to understan the previous profiles in biology, and save search time
