Description
Summary:碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 醫學資訊研究所 === 98 === Heart rate variability is the important indicators in physiological measurement and it needs a cheap long-term measuring method. The study is to verify the accuracy of the analog heart rate variability (HRV) module in measuring HRV, and the gold standard of the HRV is which measure by Biopac MP35 and Rozinn holter, and this study try to verify HRV front-end module can be used in long-term measurement. HRV front-end module can detect continuous heart beat, and it can also use to can analysis heart rate variability, but it can cause unavoidable noise when users wear it moving. The study uses Vote and Chain algorithm to reduce noise affect. A total of 35 healthy volunteers informed consent to participate the study. The research takes static and ambulatory measurement. In static test, the research is simultaneously recorded with HRV front-end module and Biopac MP35 then compares the difference of HRV during sitting and lying condition. In ambulatory test, the research is simultaneously recorded with HRV front-end module and Rozinn holter then compares the difference of HRV during walking condition. The study proves HRV front-end module is a very low power-consuming HRV computation method whose duty cycle is 0.86%.The measurement difference between HRV front-end module and Biopac MP35 in 34(34/35) people whose Mean RR, SDNN, pNN50, LF, total power is within 10%. In ambulatory test, the measurement difference between HRV front-end module and Rozinn holter in 16(16/30) people whose Mean RR, SDNN, pNN50 is within 10%. , the study reveals the ambulatory test further could spread it.
