The research will provide some suggestions of management for the kindergarten. This study adopted questionnaire. According to literature review and relevant research, making the questionnaire, “the relationship between innovative management and school efficiency in kindergarten”. The subject of questionnaire was teacher who engaged in kindergarten in Tainan city and Tainan county. 456 questionnaires were delivered to them but 361 samples were valid only. The data of questionnaire was analyzed through mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Tukey method and multiple stepwise regressions. In the end, generalize some conclusions of this study from the result of analysis. The findings are as followings: 1.Kindergarten teachers’ perception toward the current situation of kindergarten management is middle and upper degree. 2.Kindergarten teachers’ perception toward the current situation of school efficiency is middle and upper degree. 3.In terms of different age, teaching tenure, school scale, school location and school attribute, there are significant differences in kindergarten teachers’ perspective to innovation management. 4.In terms of different age, teaching tenure, school scale and school attribute, there are significant differences in kindergarten teachers’ perspective to school efficiency. 5.The kindergarten innovative management has a good predictability to school efficiency.
