Therefore, this study will focus on mechanical toy for the toy's mouth type as the main research institutions, design and production, content includes design and production of mouth skin, transmission, and the skeleton, primarily by paying lip service to generate driving mechanism to promote regional displacement, and with the opening and closing of the jaw skeleton movement, so that toys mouth can present a class of persons mouth expression. In this study, the design process, mainly related to toys will first address the existing body of literature mouth and patent analysis, after the face according to human and comparative anatomy of integration, and through the topology to construct access to new concepts, and then by assessment of concept Select the best design of the optimal. After the completion of conceptual design, and then through the exercise designed to define the skin of mouth on the jaw and mouth to move when the displacement and angle. After completing the process, further details of the design, the demand for mouth institutions, namely the components to the size of the design, material selection, and design drawing. Finally, according to results of detailed design, prototype machine for making and testing of prototype machine to make a smooth complete and normal actuation. Therefore, this study design and Manufacture of a mouth mechanism, includes the upper jaw mouth aluminum frame, the jaw fixation, and institutional fixation. In addition, also contains a silicone posed by the flexible lip service and 5 groups of gauze and the fishing line by the disk motor and transmission mechanism constituted by, and by the composition of the components, so that produce of happiness of the mouth toy , sadness, fear, and surprise four kinds of expressions. 瞿嘉駿 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 138 zh-TW
