Facing these threats, European Union and many countries start to force the legislative standard, and request product’s manufacturer must be take the responsibility to environmental protection and prevention and control of pollution.
Facing the green subject, the concept of pollution prevention to manufacturers is also gradually changed to source management from process of product terminal stage. And many manufacturers start to induct the entire thought of design for environment into the product design stage. To matching with concept of product life cycle assessment, in order to reduce the energy consumption and ecological environment impact, the actions have been taken and were also considered into the product stages of before the manufacture, manufacture, packing and shipment, use and final abandon.
This research was focused on the product function demand、the cost investment of R & D、the ecological environment impact and the additional benefit these four constructions. To analyzes the consideration factor of decision indicators of design for environment in enterprise, as well as the importance and order of priority for each influencing factor. Besides, the views of decision indicators of design for environment was were obtained through the way of expert questionnaire, and the data analysis of questionnaire content was applied by the analytic network process.
Demonstrated from the material analysis result, the importance and order of priority of consideration factors to decision indicators of design for environment were list as following. The cost investment of R & D is the first importance consideration factor, the ecological environment impact is second importance consideration factor, next order is product function demand and the final place is additional benefit. Finally, penetrates the way of weight sorts, calculates the relative weight to each sub-criterion for decision indicators of design for environment, and then to decide the order of priority for each sub-criterion.
The result of decision indicators of design for environment will provide the enterprise to do to induct the environment design, as well as in the green product research and development process may the capital rely on important reference.
