The machine tool industry, that service focuses on machine maintenance, as is the manufacture of other essential machine tools, industrial supplies, production equipment, so when the machine maintenance information can not be timely and accurately conveyed, it will cause customer production line shut down, and cause lower customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study focused on the service of maintenance services.
Through the literature, this study found that most of the maintenance platform build tool primarily for large aircraft manufacturers interview, and then designed a maintenance platform to their needs, but previous studies did not consider the medium and small machine tool firms lack adequate funds and manpower to build and manage a dedicated after-sales maintenance service platform, the ultimate goal of this study is to organize the literature of after-sales service requirements, and design for small and medium sized machine tool industry, the maintenance of a common platform, design service System features include user authentication systems, consulting services, maintenance services, query system repair parts, repair parts ordering systems, spare parts inventory system.
The maintenance of the common platform provided by leasing to small and medium sized machine tool makers, to reduce their IT management costs.
