Description
Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 98 === This research focuses on the specific Chinese leadership phenomenon by examining the impacts on knowledge sharing resulted from the crossed connection among differential leaderships, people-job fit, psychological contract, and conflicts between work and family. We use regression analysis to analyze whether the four independent variables have a significant effect on knowledge sharing. With a sample obtained by the means of questionnaires, 376 participants in Southern Taiwan were included in the data for this study. According to our empirical results, differential leadership behavior, people-job fit and psychological contract have positive correlation with knowledge sharing behavior. Moreover, the Job-Adaptation and Learning Ability will also reinforce this relation; compared with Low Job-Adaptation and Learning Ability, the sort with High Job-Adaptation and Learning Ability have stronger influence on the knowledge sharing between the supervisors and the staff and which is adjusted by the invisible psychological contract and the differential leadership. At the end, we will discuss some advice on management.
