The information and automation office is the world trend. Through the electric archive system exchanges, it can speed up the messages connection and promote the administration efficiency. But some problems are existed in the e-documents, that is, the knowledge could not be effectively stored, classified and shared and therefore the quality of the administration service can not be promoted. Therefore, this study will establish an official document management knowledge share platform based on the ontology. The main design concept will utilize the ontology to classify the official document knowledge in order to achieve the goal of knowledge classify efficiency and share and then the organized system will reach the higher quality , efficiency and knowledge advancement. The official document knowledge management system has the following characteristics. One, using the keyword in the official documents to organize the official document ontology to classify the official documents efficiency. It will allow all kinds of user to find the knowledge they need in a more fast, convenient and effective way. Another, using the field to classify the organized system, every department has a knowledge base to store this kind of knowledge documents; it will allow similar knowledge to be shared in a fast and effective way in a department. The other, through the function of announcement and discussion area, it can provide the staff with operational manual soft copy, download and use the form and then supply with many kinds of service to look up. For instance, document announcements, on-line search, law and decrees guidance is open information service. Hence, the official document management knowledge share platform in addition to reach the goal of knowledge store, classify and share effectively, it can arouse the undertaker or other teacher’s creative and new knowledge from their inner knowledge in no time through the irritation of new questions. Besides, the new comer (teacher) or the people who undertake the business at the first time can know the official documents how to be done through this system and then do the business fast or solve the problem of hand over the mission.
