Description
Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 98 === Individual employee performance is inseparable from business’ operation performance. How to predict the key factors that encourage individuals to perform well is an important topic of Human Resource Management. This research primarily explored how the appropriateness of the person-organization fit, the leader-member exchange relationship quality, and the interaction of these two factors would influence individual performance. This research surveyed the employees of a hi-tech company in Tainan County. There were in total of 133 effective sheets of questionnaire received. The analysis methods for the sample data included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlated analysis, and regression analysis. The current research found that: 1. The greater person-organization fit is, the better individual performance becomes. 2. The better leader-member exchange relationship quality is, the better individual performance gains. 3. The person-organization fit has greater positive relations to performance for employees who are low in leader-member exchange relationship quality than employees high in leader-member exchange relationship quality.
