When building up the capacity of creativity, from the viewpoint of 4p—the process, persons, products, and press/place —to convergence orientation theory, it is emphasized that the environment in certain field and related skills are needed. Vocational high school students with professional skills in a particular field usually make good use of course training and take part in contests to increase students’ creativity. It is the main idea of the emerging concept “playfulness” that in terms of coming up with ideas, students perform unexpectedly well under some circumstances. That is, high playfulness in an environment, relaxation, enjoying themselves, elimination pressure, and the allowance of freedom. As a result, this study would like to explore two aspects. One is whether forming the atmosphere of playfulness in a class naturally has an influence on students’ performance in creativity. The other is how class management of a homeroom teacher who is the closest to students influences on the atmosphere of playfulness in a class and students’ creativity, is the subject of this study wanted to explore. In this study, the subjects were vocational high school students in business department in Tainan. 702 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The measurements were “the atmosphere of playfulness in a class,” “the scale of creativity tendency,” ” the style of class management of a homeroom teacher.” The data analysis included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings were as follows: First, the creativity tendency of vocational high school students in Tainan is above average. Second, the current atmosphere of class playfulness of vocational high school students in Tainan is above average. Third, the atmosphere of class playfulness and creativity of students tend to have a significant positive correlation. Fourth, the style of classroom management and students’ creativity tend to have a significant positive correlation mostly, but classroom management features strict discipline having no correlation on the tendency of students’ creativity. Fifth, most classroom management modulates class playfulness and the tendency of students’ creativity.
