The aim of this research is to understand the customers’ feedback from the investigation of the quality of equipment, service, facility and overall situation of Dashu Township Swimming Pool outsourced and provide the suggestion for Dashu Township office and managers.
The research approach is conducted as the mix method of qualitative and quantity approach. 550 questionnaires were distributed with convenience sampling. The data was analyzed with description statistic, t-test and ONE WAY ANOVA. The results are as follows:
First, in terms of the basic background of the participants, the female percentage is higher than male one; their ages are most under fifteen years old; their education level are most under junior high school. Most of the participants are students and they usually use the swimming pool in swimming classes for about two hours.
Second, as for the customer satisfaction degree, most customers prefer to choose the item of ‘satisfaction.’ That means the customers are satisfied the outsourcing outcome of Dashu swimming pool.
Third, there are significant differences among the gender, age, education level, occupation, frequency, consuming behavior and time distribution.
