The purpose of this research is to discuss what effect of leadership style and organizational culture will make on the job satisfaction attended by those instructors in correctional institutions. Subjects of this research is based on staff of correctional institutions in Kaohsiung area, through questionnaire and analyzing the collected data by SPSS statistic software. Difference between the personal attribute and variety is under discussion, analyzing the relationship and influence between the style of leadership and organizational culture and job satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows 1.Diverse personal attribute of instructors marked significant differences on the style of leadership and organizational culture and job satisfaction. 2.Diverse leadership style marked significant relationship and influences between the organizational culture and job satisfaction. 3.Diverse organizational culture marked significant relationship and effects on job satisfaction. 許正芳 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
