Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationships between personality, risk perception and risk management demand for elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung. Base on the findings to make some suggestions for educational administration and school administration risk management, and strengthen risk management and sustain operating for school. We establish the theories and research framework according to relevant literature review as the basis for designing research tools, and apply with research survey method to emphasize on 450 teachers of 153 elementary schools in Kaohsiung County as the samples of study, and obtains 376 effective questionnaires. And use t test, one-way ANOVA, Product Moment Correlation and multiple regression correlation to test the hypothesis. This research obtains the following conclusion: 1. For the elementary teachers’ personality, the “conscientious” highest, next is “extraversion”, but the “openness to experience” lowest. 2. The consciousness level of risk perception is upper-middle for elementary school teachers , especially "administrative factor" is highest. 3. The consciousness level for risk management demand is upper-middle for elementary school teachers, especially “administrative support " is highest. 4. The level of “conscientious”, “extraversion”, and “openness to experience” are higher, the consciousness level of risk perception and risk management demand are higher. 5. Personality and risk perception will have significant predictability on risk management demand, especially the “conscientious” has the best predictability.
