However, the different groups, classes for access to information resources and capabilities from different postures, the formation of order "digital divide" phenomenon. This global problem, in recent years, attention and importance in the country. In fact, the organization of professional volunteer teams ability and resource to help reduce the digital divide in the way of work, getting attention. In the face of "digital service" work, the service team on how to effectively imposed on different information technology professional help? How to future planning, execution? To achieve the biggest win-win situation, and create digital opportunities for disadvantaged groups, there has to be successfully conducted as a service model of digital reference service basis. This study was designed to "balanced scorecard" view of the literature collection, interviews and field observation and other methods of information volunteer service teams and schools conducted in the effectiveness of digital services, to construct a measure of implementation effectiveness of the model for the future in the preparation, execution of a digital reference service basis. Next to the mountain as a primary implementation of the teaching team of information or refer to the effective handling of the team and the school's expectations on both sides in the effectiveness of the problem of imbalance and reaches into the purpose of reducing urban-rural educational divide. 陳俊卿 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 40 zh-TW
