Knowledge Management provides standards for the creation, sharing, harvesting and leveraging of knowledge within the Business environment. This leads to greater efficiency and lower cost for the organization in terms of updating and managing the knowledge base. This concept of Knowledge Management is recently applied in Education. By knowledge sharing and discussion with different individual or groups, people can share their learning experience and knowledge with each other. With the support of Information technology aims at enhancing the sharing and utilizing of within the organization already existing knowledge and has created a new possibility for organizational knowledge sharing. By collect and survey literature, scientific articles from authors and universities with experience in knowledge management research. In this paper, qualitative research method is used in order to research about applying Knowledge Management in Education. The study has further lead to develop model that is considered can be applied to Knowledge Management to Universities in Vietnam. This paper focuses on providing the reader an understanding about a model of planning Knowledge Management implementation to Universities in Vietnam, a major part of this paper is based on interviews and conduct survey.
