Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 98 === This study aims to gain insight into the career development status and overall satisfaction level of St. John’s University graduates towards the school, the degree of application of acquired knowledge in the work field by conducting an analysis of the data compiled by the Center for Educational Research and Evaluation from Questionnaire on Trends of University Graduates. This thesis utilizes quantified research methods. Questionnaire analysis sample targets are all graduates of St. John’s University of 2007 and 2008. The data analysis is carried out by SPSS 12.0 and employs Univariate Descriptive Statistics and Cross Table and Chi-Square Test. The results of these methods are summarized and recommendations for improvements are made. By combing the university’s leverage and current resources, and through branding and marketing management strategies to promote St. John’s University, the goals of establishing brand recognition, improving brand image and overall competitiveness can be achieved.
